Fluffy is a little 6-month-old Pomeranian who unfortunately was hit by a car!  She was pretty bruised up, but the most pressing problem was a fracture to her back leg – the femur bone.  Unfortunately, these types of fractures need surgery to get them to heal, and Fluffy’s pet family did not have the funding.  The team at SAGE Veterinary Centers Campbell was able to do the surgery – and spay Fluffy at the same time! – once SAGE Compassion for Animals was able to offer a grant to cover the major expense.  Fluffy is back home trying to behave herself and staying confined as she recovers.
