Leo, a young Bengal cat, started vomiting and wouldn’t eat anything.  His mom brought him into SAGE Veterinary Centers in San Francisco where they diagnosed a foreign body partially blocking his intestinal tract.  Dr. Hani Korani, board-certified surgeon, was able to perform the emergency surgery Leo needed, but Leo’s mom was not able to get enough funding approved when she applied for Care Credit.  SAGE Compassion for Animals was able to bridge the gap with a grant and little Leo had surgery that very day!  He recovered so well he was able to go home the next day!
