Roo is his pet mom’s best friend and emotional support, so she was devastated when Roo became ill.  Even more so, because she knew what was going on with Roo – he had another urinary obstruction.  This would be the forth time and, unfortunately, Roo’s pet mom had run out of money to cover any treatment.  The team at Lenity Vet Specialists and Emergency Care recommended a surgery to prevent future blockages, a perineal urethostomy, and knew that with this surgery, Roo could live a long, happy life.  The veterinary team reached out to SAGE Compassion for Animals to provide a grant for Roo – and his surgery was successful!!  Roo’s pet mom cried with relief that he was home!
